WHAT BIN SIZE WOULD I NEED FOR MY JOB?
This is all largely dependent on the type of rubbish you have and your ability to stack the bin up neatly. To give you a general idea, one standard trailer load of waste or approximately four standard city council bins equates to one cubic metre.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE BIN FOR?
Our general skip bin hire out terms are up to 7 days. However, we are flexible with extra days at no extra cost if required and depending on the situation. Please contact us for further details on shorter or longer hire terms.
DO I NEED TO KEEP THE BIN ONSITE FOR THE FULL DURATION OF THE HIRE?
No. Once you are done with it or once it is full, you can call us to come and remove it.
DOES THE PRICE CHANGE IF I KEEP THE SKIP BIN FOR A SHORTER PERIOD?
No. Whether you keep it for the entire duration of the skip bin hire or for a shorter period, the price remains the same. You can, however, use this to bargain with our team members for cheaper prices which might be given depending on the actual duration of the skip bin hire, type of waste and the location from our three yards.

WHAT ARE THE TRADING HOURS?
Our standard hours of operation are from Monday to Saturday 5am – 6pm. We also do emergency call outs at no extra fee and can work on Sundays and all Public Holidays depending on the bins availability and whether it has been pre-arranged.

HOW MUCH NOTICE SHALL I GIVE TO HIRE A BIN?
The more notice given the better and therefore, as a general rule, a day or two days notice would be adequate. Nonetheless, in most cases we can provide same day service
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU HAVE?
We have a number of payment methods for our customers where all of the major cards are accepted including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept Cash on delivery and Electronic Funds Transfers. If unsure, please talk to one of staff who will assist you with any queries you may have relating to payments accepted.
Please note that payment must be made in full before the skip can be picked up unless it has been pre-arrangement with our staff members.
